Dr. Conrad Murray - GUILTY!

Share this with friends:

LOS ANGELES (AP) - Michael Jackson's doctor was convicted Monday of involuntary manslaughter after a trial that painted him as a reckless caregiver who administered a lethal dose of a powerful anesthetic that killed the pop star.

The verdict against Dr. Conrad Murray marked the latest chapter in one of pop culture's most shocking tragedies _ the death of the King of Pop on the eve of the singer's heavily promoted comeback concerts.

The jury deliberated less than nine hours. The Houston cardiologist, 58, faces a sentence of up to four years in prison. He could also lose his medical license.

He not only should lose his license but serve the rest of his life in prison. Look at anyone else for that matter that commits any type of crime..they spend much more time than 4 years. This system of ours is a joke!!!!! What type of example do we set before the world??? And I want to say that who ever judges Michael can pull the beam out of there own eye....Michael was a human being that was kind, gentle and a very passionate person about what he believed in...and he showed it as well. How many of us show that type of love? How sad to take a person's life and maybe get up to 4 years and lose his license!!!!!!! I plan on remembering Michael, his example (though most of us never got the priviledge of meeting this gentle soul), his legend and his music which will always be number one in my heart, my home. No one can ever perform or be Michael..he is one of a kind and those who love him, respect him..will keep his legacy alive as well as his music. May Michael and his family rest in peace. Prayers for all who loved him.

Justice for the wealthy in this country, for example, like this physician and OJ Simpson, is very different than that for those who are unable to hire some expensive attorney..I mean this doctor was obviously guilty and has been living freely since June 25th 2009. He should be imprisoned for life!! 4 years is really nothing for the death of this great musician, who would have only gotten better with time. We all miss him greatly with love in our heart for his unbelieveable abilities and work!
